OK here it is one of the reasons alot of players left TAK is 1st we were all on Cavedog
then on Mplayer the Gamespy Arcade. Gamespy couldnt host our game properly and alot of patch issues happened.
alot of the people that started TAK origionally are busy raising kids and working. I can say I have seen the best battles this game and players could ever offer. I miss how huge the community was and all the friendships abroad.
I was a Wargod for the most part and I miss the old WG. ahhh memories...

| Playing in old machines and connections in a laggy server isn't really the best* battle TA:K can offer. Not just that, with time people had more experience and knowledge about the game. Yet, even the level played in WZ or GR can be surpassed if decent brains and guts keep playing this game many years later. About people stopping play TA:K, there's no doubt that everything (players, game) getting old is a factor. But people kept playing np, until the got smashed up by good RTS player(s), which is most of the times the main and last reason people quit.
By the way, I have played GSA at it's best as well, I know what I'm talking about.
