| megaupload.com megaupload.comifouipl0megaupload.com megaupload.comifouipl04.1BB is unbalanced. The files prove that!!! -Re-balance of the original manastorage/manaincome of units and buildings. They should all be fair and balanced. ie. Acolytes now give the same mana income and mana storage as the Shaman. -Several OTAK (Original TAK-4.1bb) Units have new attacks making them better equipped on the battle field. -Zhon has a new build structure. Thirsha-> Treehouse(balanced with enclave) -> Beast Handler(balanced with Priestess) -> Beast Tamer ->Beast Lord-> Shaman -All Sacred Dragons/Equivalency of Sacred Dragons gain +5 mana income and +5000 mana storage. They are all limited to one, unlike previous versions of this mod. -Ariel Juggernaught now has selectable attacks(be warned it is dangerous but balanced) -Many other changes... -3 New Races -The Cursed- A race of necromancers, skeletons, and other beasts of the like. The Cursed are an army raised from the dead. Make sure you blow their bodies to pieces so they cannot be raised again! -Azur- (formally the Azurians)- A race that came from a very cold place. They are made of ice, and secretly guard a powerful crystal known as Pandora. This pandora is in all Azurians giving many of them more powerful attacks, but at the same time it decreases their defenses. Don't let their weak defenses fool you tho! -Ethia- A race of an ancient nation. They live in the desert, and near the Great River Valley. It is so hot outside, they are forced to remain inside their Pyramids and Temples during most of the day. And until recently, they have not been known about in the land of Darien. For anyone who has seen them, has not lived to tell a story! |

You Need the TAK Switcher to play it. Once you have the TAKS, make sure you unzip my mod and put it in the "Races" folder. |

| You need to install TAK Switcher. If you have that installed you need to put the file in the races folder that is already provided. If you don't see a races folder, I'm going to guess you dont have the TAKS(Switcher) installed.
I would recommend having two different folders for TAK. One for warzone and one for the switcher. When you play with the switcher with my mod you need to remove the Kingdoms.key file from the directory. If you use the same folder of TAK for warzone and TAKS then you need to put the kingdoms.key file back into the directory before you launch with warzone. |

| hey, the mod sounds great but i cant get it to work, i've got switcher, the Equinox and Equinox.side files are in the races folder and i've removed the Kingdoms.key file. But whenever i launch a (single player) battle including one of the new races the monarch pulls a no show. Any idea whats going on? |

| u have to run the swicher then in its menu select the Equinox fron the races section then lanch the game from the swicher.
there are lots of places in this forum discribing how to use it if you want more detail read them. |

| yeah i'm doing that to. It's not that the races don't appear as options in the skirmish battles it's that once the map loads up the monarch simply isn't there. |

| I would have to say there is something wrong with your side data file. Or maybe you simply do not have 4.1bb installed. I think its required because it contains Creon. I'll play around with that tonight or tomorrow and maybe I can figure it out.
When you select, Creon, Aramon, Taros, Veruna, or Zhon do they appear with their monarchs?
Do you even see Ethia, The Cursed, and Azur when you try to select a race?
Have you tried different maps?
Or... This is probably it.... You Need Crusades Balance on to play my mod. On warzone everyone uses CB so, I'm going to assume you just have Crusades Balance unchecked when you launch from the battle screen. This will probably fix it for you!
with CB off the game is complete chaos! |

| cheers, it was the crusade balance. Recently reinstalled the game and guess i never checked it. It probably explains a couple of other bugs 2  Great mod by the way love the cursed |

| Thanks! Again, I never made any of the units. I just made sure most of them were balanced.
Also you can notice Azur and Ethia do not have gates. This is to better balance them to Zhon and further show that gates are not always needed in TAK.
There will be a patch to my mod coming out in the near future. I am just trying to find as many bugs as possible. If anyone finds any, please let us know! |
