I got this from my orginal version 1 disk, so you'd have to get one or an iso of one
they're so much better here than the pathetic thing we get now, i wonder why they changed them.
Do you know where the unit models are located? maybe it could be extracted and put in a mod as an upgraded version of the drig built by the preist

Yeah I could do that, I'll need somewhere to upload it though even rar'ed it will be over 150 megs.
Where are the video files stored because they need to be uploaded for people who want to play the campaign
i really love version 1, its so crazy you wave everything and anything, wanna kill a keep just go and wave it, kill a mon wave him, it hilarious

The reason the dirigibles got changed was mostly because they had so many polygons, and they lagged peoples computers on boneyards..... And people would make tons of them.... I'll take your word that they are much more powerful because frankly I don't remember how they matched up. By I do remember people making tonnnnnnnnns of them! Which caused alot of lag to everyone.

Theres a small percent chance they will spawn in any given game, when either player has a 4th tier builder made between 30 and 60 minutes.

gods only spawned in real multiplayer, not skirmish and never in the campaign I believe.

What also helped against the dirigibles batches, was that cavedog made them explode if destroyed.

Hehe I took out the explotion from the dirigibles, and put the old big models back in v3.3 for the new era mod.

Indeed...

The Balloost of Tier 1 is good to start the theme; the small Dirigible of Tier 2 might be neat with some slight 3do modification (faster, weaker, no transport); the big Dirigible could be useful as a potential 3rd Tier (slower, stronger, some transport), built by the Priest of Lihr or like the Waves of Change "War Zepplin" (which I think is... meh).

But then, that's just my humble opinion.

If you take a look at it closely in the 3do builder file, you'll see that both dirigibles are the same model, but one is bigger and doesn't have the blue texture on back part.
I had the Ornitopher as a stronger type of dirigible in the t4 building that can drop more and faster stones. Can't wait to release 3.3, but can't seem to compile the script files well enough. I have to wait for snail to show me how.

Guys, the reason Cavedog resized the Dirigibles was mainly because they were crowding the screen. They also were made weaker than before, because a lot of people believed that Dirigibles were too broken and a fleet of them could wipe out everything. I prefer a later version of the same game than a previous one, however I would love to play the very first version of TAK. I want to see if it is as unbalanced as most of people say. I bet it is not!
