Units will now have the fireatwill command that will allow them to attack right away. Ever see ballistic type of units that take way too long to attack? This bug will now be fix for every ballistic type.

For units such as firedemon, stone giant, weather witch, etc.. that take too long to fire, you need to add the fireatwillrandom = 1; in the .fbi files. Now, as soon as they see a unit they will no longer hesitate to attack.
