They are pretty strong. A good example is.
The Taros Baron can cloak for longer than an Assassin.
It costs so little.

It would be a good idea to increase the build time on all heroes. So they cannot be rebuilt so quickly after they die.

Some races do not have hero units. For this you gave them monsters and such.

Creon has no such hero unit. Maybe make one for them? It would add some oomph to them.

What's the idea behind making Baron Leimar able to cloak?
It could be seen as him moving through the shadows of the prison cells, especially with his long dark cape, he can hide pretty well. He was the one in charge of acomplishing the killing of the prisoners.
Baron costs 815, compare to executioner that only costs 325; Baron has the highest cost in the cabal. Afterall, he is just the guy in charge of the prison.
He will have the ability to cloak himself.

Don't you think limiting one heroe at a time balanced their purpose? They aren't really that strong, but stronger enough to kill cheap units.
They were basically added because of requests from other players. They aren't really seen as heroes, but as units just like others.

There will be plenty more units added to all races. If you want to look these limited units as heroes, maybe the Automaton II(it's on my list), the last modification by Vaerun could cover that spot.

you didn't touch base on increasing the build time of these 1 at a time units.

if you increase their buildtimes, they wouldnt be able to be built in seconds after the first one dies.

ya know?

I don't think I should decrease their buildtime since they can get built one at time. They are not that strong, and many more units are being added in version 3.

Do you think they should become veteran? None of the npc, lif, and monster units have veteran textures.

I don't think they should become veteran.
They remind me more of support/extra units.
Emen gives LOS, and units don't target him manually already.
Ayla has an invisible area attack making her pretty sneaky.
The Baron can cloak and provide recon in early games.

I doubt many of them will be used for actually fighting, maybe just defending.
I think the ones who do fight as their main purpose should be a bit stronger vs Tier 1 so they can have an early advantage.

You just saved me a hell of a work with all those textures, and scripting too. Units such as the taros ships, lif, and monster units for zhon still need those veteran scripts and textures.
