| With hpi view, look into data.hpi, extract the textures folder, and do the following:
Make 2 folders, one named Textures and one named Tak Textures.
Have all .gaf files into "Textures" folder.
"Textures" folder goes inside "Tak Textures" folder.
First line in hpipack: C:\..............\............\Desktop\Tak Textures Second line in hpipack: C:\..............\............\Desktop\TakTextures.hpi
In hpipack, make sure in program say Ta, and Compression Method say Ta:CC.
Lastly, put TakTextures.hpi into 3dobuilder+ folder.

| Okay, so I did that, then I opened up Tyrak's Lodestone and its obviously doing something because I can see the textures along the right-hand side of 3doBuilder, but its stuck on this little window saying "Loading Textures from textures\zonmonst.gaf..." and the bar is not filling up at all...
*Edit* When loading other models, I get the same general thing, "Loading textures from textures\****.gaf..." and nothing happens.
Thoughts? |

| You probably have the latest version of 3do builder that is bugged, or you are not packing the textures the right way. The 3do builder I uploaded comes with the texture.ufo file already. Also, every time you open a unit file, do it from the .exe, and place the file in the 3do builder folder and open it from there. Or read back on top and make sure everything looks the same. |

Well I know I did it properly - at least if your instructions were correct, which I'm assuming they are - so I suppose its the 3do. What exactly do you mean "do it from the .exe"? And I need to drop all the .3do files into the 3dobuilder folder before opening them?
Alrighty... |

| Yeah, to avoid conflictation with the program which is very bugged, it's better if you drop the unit files into the 3do folder and open them from there.
Do not open the unit file, but open the 3do builder program first, and then open the units. |

You need to have textures loaded. There is a tutorial on how to upload them on 3do builder. If you download the version from the download section, 3do builder comes with the textures.hpi file.
You can open fbi files with a regular text program. |
